Every customer scored on how recently they bought, how often, and how much, and filed into segments a merchant can act on: Champions, Loyal, At Risk, Hibernating, and the rest. Plus lifetime value and a cohort grid showing how many of each month's new customers came back.
No subscription, no data leaving your shop, and nothing to connect. It reads your own orders and writes one table.
The four rules
The score rule. An RFM score is a customer's rank within your own shop's distribution — a quintile — never a fixed threshold. "Ordered within 30 days = 5" is meaningless for a shop selling mattresses and meaningless for a shop selling coffee, in opposite directions. It is also the mistake that is invisible when you make it: fixed thresholds still produce populated-looking segments, they are just the wrong customers.
The identity rule. A customer is an email address, not an account. Guests place orders — often the same guest, repeatedly, and often the same person who later creates an account. Grouping by customer id reports your actual best customers as "guest" and a third of your revenue as unattributed. The address carries a UNIQUE index, so it is structural.
The money rule. Only the order statuses you choose count, and refunds come off. An order that was refunded is not revenue, and a customer who returned everything is not a Champion.
The honesty rule. Every screen carries the moment the snapshot was built, and one older than your own threshold says so rather than looking current. A stale segment that looks fresh is worse than no segment, because it is acted on.
What you get
* Nine RFM segments, with a sentence each about what to do * A customer list with orders, spend, average order, days since, and scores * Lifetime value across the shop * A cohort grid: how many of each month's new customers came back * CSV download of any segment * A read-only query service other plugins can ask — which segment an address is in, and every address in a segment * One table, and nothing computed on a page view

Does everything I bought it for. Would like a little more. Pleased on the whole.

The other one I tried wanted a subscription for this. This one stays installed.

Sensible about edge cases, from what I’ve thrown at it. Customer Analytics has never once needed me to clear a cache to fix it.

The setup is about as painless as this sort of thing gets.

Got through the January sale without a squeak. Started on Single Site and haven’t needed to move up. Job done.
