Gatemi Zapier for WooCommerce connects your store to Zapier and the thousands of apps it reaches — spreadsheets, accounting, email marketing, chat, CRMs, help desks — without writing any code.
Triggers — what your store sends out
* Orders: created, updated, paid, refunded, deleted, restored, status changed (any status, or one trigger per status, including statuses your own plugins register). * Order notes: added, including whether the note went to the customer. * Products: created, updated, deleted, restored, stock reached the low stock threshold, ran out of stock. Variations are reported with the product they belong to. * Customers: created, updated, deleted. * Coupons: created, updated, deleted, restored. * Subscriptions, bookings and memberships when the matching WooCommerce extension is active.
Actions — what a Zap can change
* Create, find, update and delete orders, customers, products and coupons through WooCommerce's own REST API, so every validation, hook and email behaves exactly as it does in your admin. * Change an order's status, with an optional note, without sending a whole order. * Add, read and delete order notes, by order id — no nested endpoints for a Zap to work around. * Change a product's price: set, raise or lower the regular or sale price by an amount or a percentage, put a product on sale relative to its regular price, or end a sale. * Change a product's stock: set, add or remove quantity, or set the stock status. Products can be identified by id or by SKU, including a single variation's SKU.
Moving from another Zapier plugin
A Zap subscribes to a WooCommerce webhook, and that webhook belongs to your store rather than to the plugin that created it. So switching does not mean rebuilding your Zaps: deactivate the other plugin, and the Zaps whose triggers this plugin serves keep working — their webhooks are picked up automatically. Zaps subscribed to a trigger this plugin does not offer are left alone rather than quietly stopped.
Set up in about a minute
Everything is on one screen, under WooCommerce → Zapier, and none of it assumes you know what a webhook is. It starts by checking the store is ready — is WooCommerce running, is the site on HTTPS, are permalinks set, is anything else competing for the same events — and anything that is not right is written as a sentence telling you what to do about it, not a red cross. Then three steps: the address to paste into Zapier with a Copy button beside it, and a few first Zaps worth building. It also lists every trigger and action available *on your store*, including the ones your extensions add, so you know what you have before you go looking for it in Zapier.
Task history
Every send and every change is recorded: what it was, which record it touched, whether it worked and, when it did not, exactly why. Filter it, search it, export it as CSV, and set how long it is kept. Failures are always written to the WooCommerce log; turn on detailed logging while troubleshooting to record the successes too.
When a delivery fails — Zapier was down, the store timed out — the event is normally gone, and the usual repair is to re-save the order and hope the same event fires again. Here you send that exact record to that exact Zap again, from the task history, one at a time or every failure at once.
Built to stay out of the way
* Works with High-Performance Order Storage and the Cart & Checkout blocks. * Only ever acts on its own webhooks. Webhooks belonging to other plugins are left alone, whatever they are called. * Connections are ordinary WooCommerce API keys: visible under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, revocable there, and cleaned up automatically when they stop being used. * The connection endpoint requires HTTPS, is rate limited, and never says whether it was the username or the password that was wrong. * Deactivating pauses your Zaps instead of dropping their data on the floor, and re-activating resumes exactly the ones it paused. Nothing is deleted on uninstall unless you ask for it.

Instalado en diez minutos y funcionando desde entonces. Zapier sobrevivió a una actualización de WooCommerce sin quejarse. Ningún arrepentimiento.

Solid, unglamorous, useful. Zapier does the part I needed properly. Would recommend it.
