Gatemi Order Alerts for WooCommerce tells the right people about the right orders. Write a rule — some addresses, and what they cover — and they hear about the orders that concern them.
Your own admin address is never replaced, only added to. WooCommerce already tells you about new orders; this plugin appends to that list. A plugin that returns its own list is a shop whose owner quietly stops receiving their own orders, which nobody notices for a week and then notices all at once.
A partial recipient gets a partial email. This is the part the category gets wrong. WooCommerce's admin order email carries every line, your customer's full address and the order total — so a drop-shipper who supplies one line of six would be reading the other five. A rule scoped to some products, categories or shipping classes therefore gets its own message, listing only the lines that matched, with the shipping address they need to send it and nothing else. Only a rule covering the whole shop joins WooCommerce's own email.
One order sends one set of alerts. WooCommerce fires a status hook more than once in ordinary operation, and a merchant who moves an order back and forward has fired it twice. The order is claimed before anything is sent, so a supplier is never handed the same picking list again.
Features
- Route by product, by category (sub-categories included), by shipping class, or the whole shop
- Any number of recipients per rule; an address named twice, or by two rules, is one recipient
- A supplier named by two rules gets one message listing both sets of lines
- A rule that matches nothing sends nothing — never an empty picking list
- Low-stock alerts to the same people, rule by rule, only where they asked for them
- Send on Processing (paid) or Completed
- Your own wording, with
{order_number},{rule},{product},{sku},{stock}and{site_title} - No storefront surface at all — no CSS, no JavaScript, not a byte on a shopper's page
Every license includes
- One year of updates and priority support, delivered straight to your WordPress dashboard.
- Use on 1, 5 or 25 sites depending on your license — local, staging and development sites are always free.
- 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions asked.
- Keeps working after expiry — if you choose not to renew, the plugin keeps running exactly as installed; it simply stops receiving updates and support until you do.
Requires WordPress 6.4+ · PHP 7.4+ · tested up to WordPress 7.0. Works with the classic and block checkout alike.

Took about a quarter of an hour from buying it to having it live. Order Alerts still does exactly what it did on day one. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Paid for itself in about a fortnight. Order Alerts is the first thing I install on a new build now.

Happy enough with the purchase. Order Alerts hasn’t broken anything, which is the first bar. Not perfect, but good.

Six months in and I have nothing to complain about. Order Alerts has run on a live store for me with no issues. I would buy it again tomorrow.

Vier Sterne, weil mir eine Kleinigkeit fehlt. Bin bei Single Site gelandet, und das war in Ordnung. Bleibt installiert.
