Gatemi Delivery Slots for WooCommerce lets a customer choose the day their order arrives, and the time of day if you run rounds. Every day offered comes from your own calendar: the days you deliver, the holidays you list, the notice you need, and a cutoff time read on your store's clock rather than the shopper's.

A day that is offered is still there when the order is placed. The date is checked again before the order is created, against the same calendar that offered it. A shopper who left the checkout open across your cutoff — or across midnight — is asked to choose again, rather than booking a day you cannot serve and you finding out when the van does not come.

Capacity is claimed, not counted. If a slot holds twenty deliveries, there is exactly one twentieth place, and two shoppers pressing "place order" in the same second must not both get it. The booking is a single database statement that inserts only if there was room at the instant it ran — so a busy Saturday morning cannot oversell a van. A claim that fails fails the checkout, with the reason said out loud, rather than an order arriving with nowhere to put it.

A cancelled order gives its place back, so a slot is never full of deliveries that are not happening.
